An Experimental Hop!
An 8.0% Imperial IPA brewed with Experimental Hop 10416. We came across this hop when we were out in Yakima for hop selection this past fall. We fell in love with the big bright citrus, fruity, and resinous aroma of this hop and had to try it out in a beer. The malt bill was a simple blend of American Two Row, Oats and Rye. We gently hopped it with Citra in the kettle then dry-hopped it with over 5lbs per barrel of 10146.
