Winking Through a Scope is a moment of clarity in a sea of haze. A transparent-gold base of wheated, oated pilsner malt, allows for openly expressive hoppiness. Citra and Galaxy at whirlpool, and again in the dry hop, follow late-boil Simcoe, beaming grapefruity-ness and tropical aroma. A break of clear sky, with more cloudiness on the horizon.
