Can a beer be inspired by itself?
To simulate Simcoe’s aromatic profile we added passionfruit, blueberry, spruce tips, beets, and coriander to our mixed fermentation, oak-aged base beer. And of course, Simcoe Flavor Wheel would not be complete without a generous addition of its namesake hop. The result is a trip around the flavor wheel that you won’t soon forget.
