The uproar of east coast versus west coast IPA's can be deafening. This aptly named IPA combines classic West Coast bittering featuring Columbus and Simcoe with East Coast focus on hop flavor. Featuring a large whirlpool of Simcoe, El Dorado and Cascade and dry hopped with over 15lbs of Simcoe, Citra, El Dorado and Cascade, Hullabaloo features a nost of floral and citrus with flavors of peach, berry and earthiness on the finish.
